About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file documenting clarifications issued for RFOP PANDTA-25-P-0000_027548, a Request for Order Proposal under the Basic Ordering Agreement Sustainment Track (BOAST) program issued by Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal for Breech Lock Selector components.
The Q&A addresses multiple part number discrepancies and technical data package (TDP) corrections that were subsequently resolved through amendments. Key clarifications include: NSN 1005-01-536-5643 part number correction from 13028639 to 13926848 (Amendment 0001); NSN 1005-01-629-5684 part number correction from 130227998 to 13027998, with a further correction in Amendment 0002 to 13028648; confirmation that drawing 130227998 was a typo and should reference 13027998; and explanation that Part Number 13027998 note 5 regarding "a set of eight tools" means marking dash numbers in pairs (1 and 2, 3 and 4, etc.) to obtain eight distinct tools or part numbers from the available range 13027998-1 through 13027998-8. Additional clarification was provided regarding NIIN 016295688 part number 13027998-5 dash designations. The Q&A confirms this is a single-award opportunity and notes that drawing 13926848 was not initially included in the TDP and required separate request, while drawing 13028643 was confirmed as present in the package.
