About this file

This file is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) log in Excel format associated with a Request for Order Proposal (RFOP) issued by Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal under the Basic Ordering Agreement Sustainment Track (BOAST) program. The Q&A log documents inquiries and responses related to the procurement of Breech Lock Selector components across multiple National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 1005-01-629-5635, 1005-01-536-5640, 1005-01-536-5643, 1005-01-629-6807, 1005-01-629-5685, 1005-01-629-6801, 1005-01-629-5688, 1005-01-629-5684, 1005-01-629-7417, and 1005-01-629-6783. The procurement seeks 1,994 units under a Firm-Fixed-Price order with FOB Destination terms.

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive action limited to active BOAST BOA holders, requiring vendors to have a fully executed Basic Ordering Agreement in place by the proposal submission deadline. The items are export-controlled and require Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification for access to the Technical Data Package. The RFOP has undergone multiple amendments as of June 29, 2026, with the most recent amendment (Amendment 0003) extending the proposal due date to July 1, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT and clarifying part number assignments for specific NSNs. The Q&A log serves as a mechanism for addressing vendor inquiries and providing clarifications on the solicitation requirements and technical specifications.
