About this file

This document outlines pallet conditions, recycling methods, and waste diversion options for the City of Phoenix's wood pallet recycling solicitation. The City of Phoenix is seeking sealed offers for the reuse, repair, or composting of wood pallets in all conditions, including those that are good, repairable, or unreparable. The agreement will become effective upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, with a commencement date of March 1, 2027, or the effective date, whichever is later. The contract term is five years from the commencement date with no options to extend. The solicitation is available through the City's Procurement Portal, with technical support available through the portal's support feature or via email at procurement-support@opengov.com. The procurement officer should be contacted for solicitation-specific questions.

The document specifies that the agreement will terminate upon the earliest occurrence of reaching the end of the contract term, including any exercised extensions, or upon termination pursuant to the agreement's provisions. No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or specific funding details are outlined in this file. Offerors should refer to the complete solicitation documentation for additional requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions through the City's Procurement Portal.
