About this file
This document is a Participating Addendum for a state contract involving Warewashing and Laundry Products and Services, specifically for North Dakota state agencies, boards, bureaus, commissions, institutions under the State Board of Higher Education, political subdivisions, and other government and educational entities. The contract (State Contract No. 029) allows authorized North Dakota purchasing agencies to acquire warewashing and laundry-related products and services, with the addendum providing specific terms for a participating entity. The contract term is not explicitly defined but will commence on an unspecified effective date and continue until an end date or coterminous with the state contract, with potential extension options as outlined in the original state contract.
The pricing structure is based on the rates established in North Dakota State Contract No. 029, with standard maintenance fees listed in the state contract and emergency or non-standard repairs to be billed at rates specified in the contractor's original bid response. The addendum requires the participating entity to provide equipment access, documentation, and timely payments, while the contractor must provide trained personnel, maintain service records, and adhere to safety and compliance regulations. The contract allows for termination by either party with 60 days' written notice and is designed to be flexible, permitting the addition of equipment or services through subsequent amendments to the participating addendum.
