About this file
This document is a draft Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Overhead Door Maintenance and Services at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The BPA has a master dollar limit of $333,000.00 with a per-call limit of $100,000.00, and covers a five-year ordering period. The scope includes providing labor, management, personnel, materials, and equipment for garage and overhead hangar door repair, maintenance, service, and replacement across various buildings on the installation.
The procurement strategy involves establishing multiple BPA holders, with different award mechanisms based on project size. For jobs under $25,000, call orders will be rotated among BPA holders. For jobs over $25,000, a competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ) process will be used, with awards based on lowest price technically acceptable criteria. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Jackson will manage the BPA, with only contracting officers or appointed Government Purchase Card (GPC) Ordering Officers authorized to place orders. The BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years, with the effective date anticipated to be approximately August 10, 2025 through August 9, 2030.
