About this file

The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for a contractor to submit a Government Property Inventory Report on a quarterly basis. It specifies the report format, submission frequency and distribution.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation notice for the Orbital Services Program-4 (OSP-4) On-Ramp #2 multiple award IDIQ contract. It seeks to expand the current vendor pool to provide launch services. The solicitation and first minimum task order are attached. All awardees will receive a $50,000 task order for a Launch Service User Guide Study. The opportunity is not set-aside for small businesses but responses from small and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged. The NAICS code is 481212 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. An OSP-4 Bidder's Library is available with program documents. Requests for access should be sent to the points of contact provided.
