About this file

This document is an Operations Management Overview presentation related to a federal contract opportunity for CE services at Tinker Air Force Base. The presentation provides an overview of the contract requirements, including CLIN structure, Performance Work Statement (PWS) details, and information in the appendices.

The PWS covers operations management, requirements optimization, operations engineering, and operations and maintenance for Tinker AFB's facilities and infrastructure. Key requirements include facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization; facility operations; predictive maintenance; and pavement clearance. The contract will be firm-fixed-price with quality performance indicators. The government will provide a minimum team complement for each service level. The presentation also outlines expected changes to the PWS and milestones, with a pre-solicitation site visit scheduled for October 2024, RFP issuance in November 2024, and contract award anticipated in May 2025.
