About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a digital signage solution at Hill Air Force Base for the 75th Air Base Wing Communications Squadron. The project requires a cloud-based, FedRAMP-approved digital signage platform that will be implemented in phases across multiple facilities, beginning with the commodities maintenance group in year one, expanding to all OO-ALC Hill Air Force Base facilities in year two, and geographically separated facilities in year three. The contractor must procure and install TVs, network infrastructure, and software that meets strict Department of Defense security requirements, including being listed on the DoDIN APL with an Authority to Operate on the NIPRnet.
Key technical requirements include providing software with capabilities to broadcast live and recorded events, display content via a central dashboard, manage multiple displays simultaneously, support RSS feeds, and maintain 95% uptime. The project involves comprehensive professional services including site surveys, network design, equipment staging, installation, software deployment, and training for both admin and end-users. The contractor will be responsible for hardware and software procurement, installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance, with specific delivery timelines of 60 days for equipment and 90 days for installation after contract award. The total project will encompass 8 geographically separated units, with one located outside the country, aimed at improving workforce engagement and communication.
