About this file

This file is a quarterly subsistence milk procurement spreadsheet for the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City. The solicitation (15B51326Q00000010) seeks weekly milk deliveries from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, to be delivered to the facility located at 7410 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK 73169. The requirement is for commercial items under FAR Subpart 12.6, with a NAICS code of 311511 and a small business size standard of no more than 1,000 employees. The contract will be firm-fixed price on an FOB destination basis, with award decisions based equally on price and past performance; vendors with poor past performance records, delivery failures, or specification non-compliance may be deemed non-responsible.

Payment terms vary based on award amount: contracts at or below $15,000 will be paid via Government Purchase Card, while awards exceeding $15,000 will be issued as purchase orders payable by electronic funds transfer. The solicitation was scheduled to be available on or about May 27, 2026, through SAM.gov, with all future amendments and information distributed exclusively through that platform. Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring the website for updates, as hard copies will not be provided.
