About this file

This is a Disclosure Statement form issued by Events DC, the Washington Convention and Sports Authority, for the District of Columbia. The document outlines disclosure requirements for principals submitting bids or proposals for contract opportunities with Events DC. All principals must submit a signed and dated statement disclosing any past or present business, familial, or personal relationships with Events DC Board members and key staff personnel. The disclosure requirement applies to the identified board of directors, including Chairman Leif Dormsjo and nine other members, as well as key staff members ranging from President and Chief Executive Officer Angie M. Gates through Senior Director of Contracts and Procurement Andrea Lennon.

Principals with no relationships to Events DC personnel may submit a signed statement indicating no conflicts exist. If relationships are identified, the disclosure statement must detail the nature of such relationships and include a certification signed by the principal attesting to the accuracy and completeness of the disclosure. This disclosure mechanism serves to identify potential conflicts of interest prior to contract award and ensure transparency in Events DC's procurement process for solicitations such as the referenced ATM Services Request for Quote.
