About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) detailing user access requirements for an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). The RFI provides a breakdown of anticipated system users across different roles: 1,300 field agents performing on-site work, 200 dispatchers managing work assignments, 200 service desk agents handling help desk functions, 15 power users managing change management, and 100 asset managers. Additionally, the system is expected to support over 3,800 end-users who will consume organizational services.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for IWMS software, with solicitation number OCOSSN04252025. The sources sought notice indicates that this is a preliminary information-gathering stage, not an official solicitation or request for quote. The document suggests the AOC is seeking an enterprise-level license that includes desktop and mobile device access, with a comprehensive service request portal accessible to all employees and tenants without user limitations.
