About this file

This document is an OCI (Organizational Conflict of Interest) Disclosure Form that requires the contractor or subcontractor to identify any existing contracts or subcontracts that may create an actual or potential conflict of interest with the work they wish to perform on the MARFORSOC Capability Development Services and Support (CDSS) contract opportunity.

The form instructs the contractor to provide details about their existing contract or subcontract, including the contractor/subcontractor name, contract/program title, contracting agency, contract number, and task order number (if applicable). The contractor must also indicate whether they are the prime or subcontractor, the magnitude of their subcontract work, and a description of the scope of work. The form then asks the contractor to assess whether the existing contract or subcontract creates an actual or potential conflict of interest with the CDSS work.
