· The HVAC system shall be designed to control the temperature of the shelter with all doors closed.
· It is permissible to configure the HPA system to cool the amplifier equipment with a separate cooling system. Examples of potential separate amplifier cooling systems are forced exterior air and water cooling.
Electrical System and Wiring
· All electrical equipment and wiring shall be configured to run on 60Hz power.

· Each electrical sub-system shall be on an individual branch circuit.
· The shelter shall be wired with three auxiliary 20A/120VAC/single phase circuits. Electrical outlet boxes shall be wired to each circuit and located near the base of the auxiliary equipment racks. Each outlet box shall contain (4) 20A receptacles.
· The shelter shall contain at least two ceiling lights installed on the internal ceiling of the enclosure to provide working light. The lights shall be controlled by switches located adjacent to each shelter entry/exit door.
· The electrical system shall be capable of being powered from an external source of three-phase, 4-wire 208Y/120VAC power with a separate equipment grounding conductor. Permanent power connection points shall not extend beyond the external dimensions of the shelter. Power connection points shall be shielded from the external environment.
· The electrical panel-board shall have digital ammeters displaying the real-time current draw per power phase.
· On the interior of the shelter there shall be an emergency stop button which disconnects power from all the amplifier electrical circuits.
Auxiliary Equipment Racks
· The enclosure shall contain one or more equipment racks capable of storing standard 19’’ wide rack mountable equipment.
· The internal depth of each rack shall be 24.8’’.
