Before submitting an offer, please read the entire solicitation package carefully. Return the following items with your response:

**Contractors must notify and RSVP with Samantha LaGue, Samantha_LaGue@fws.gov, via email by EOD Tuesday, July 7, 2026, if you will be attending and must provide their number of people attending, their full names, and contact information.

Questions Due Date: By 2:00 PM EST on Monday, July 13, 2026.

Proposal Acceptance Period: Must be valid for 60 days

Bonds:

A bid bond is required.

Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond. Any amount over $150,000.00 requires both payment and performance bonds. Bonds are due no later than 10 calendar days after award. Due to the project magnitude, both payment and performance bonds will be required.
