The estimated procurement amount for the fourteen 2023 Ford Interceptor Vehicles is $689,626.28. The Notice of Intent was issued on October 11, 2022, and represents the City of Eugene's formal declaration to utilize an existing state price agreement framework to acquire police vehicles for municipal operations. This cooperative procurement method allows local jurisdictions to leverage state-negotiated pricing and terms established through the State of Oregon's competitive procurement process, thereby streamlining acquisition timelines and reducing administrative burden for participating municipalities.
