About this file

The document is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source contract to Monaco Enterprises Inc. (ME) for a PMI (Project Management and Integration) service in 2025. The Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command intends to award this contract directly to Monaco Enterprises due to their exclusive ownership of the critical software and hardware system used in the emergency dispatch center across the Joint Base.

The sole source justification is primarily based on ensuring communication compatibility and life safety continuity. By using ME's proprietary system, the fire department and all Joint Base facilities can maintain consistent communication infrastructure without risking non-compatible third-party equipment. The contract aims to prevent potential communication disruptions that could compromise emergency response capabilities by leveraging the existing specialized system owned exclusively by Monaco Enterprises.
