About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Form related to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by Clayton County, Georgia for asphalt maintenance and seal coating services. The ITB includes a non-mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. EST, conducted virtually by county staff. Sealed bids were due on March 30, 2023. Interested parties were required to register for the pre-bid conference by emailing centralservicesbids@claytoncountyga.gov. The Tomal Corporation dba Wildcat Striping, Sealing, and Paving was subsequently awarded the contract, though specific pricing, contract term, and renewal options were not disclosed in the award acknowledgment.
The Non-Collusion Form serves as a certification document requiring bidders to attest that their bid was submitted independently without consultation, comparison, or coordination with other bidders regarding bid amounts, bidding strategies, or other terms. This standard requirement ensures fair competition and compliance with state procurement regulations. Specific pricing information, set-asides, funding sources, and other financial terms are not detailed in the available documentation for this contract opportunity.
