About this file
This document is a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a standard legal form used in competitive bidding processes to ensure fair and ethical procurement practices. The affidavit requires the bidder or their representative to swear under oath that they have not engaged in any collusive practices, such as price-fixing, preventing other parties from bidding, or receiving improper financial benefits related to the bid.
The form includes a sworn statement affirming that the bidder has not collaborated with other parties to manipulate the bidding process, and that the bid is submitted independently without any secret agreements or arrangements. The document requires the bidder to sign and have the affidavit notarized, with spaces provided for the organization name, title of the person signing, date, state, county, and notary public details. By signing, the bidder acknowledges potential legal penalties for perjury if the statements are found to be false.
