About this file

This document outlines standard specification requirements for temporary services to be provided to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ships while at a contractor's facility. The specification details 18 temporary services that must be delivered within two hours of a ship's arrival, including gangways, camels, potable water, electricity, fire alarms, firefighting water, sewage disposal, snow removal, telephones, internet, parking, office space, and security, if required by the detail specification. The contractor must disconnect all temporary services after completion of work and immediately before ship departure. The specification provides requirements for each temporary service and references applicable industry and regulatory standards.

The attached federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for drydock services for NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson in fiscal year 2024. The solicitation includes a statement of work, forms for past performance information and questionnaires, pricing schedule, drawings, manuals, standard specifications, and regulatory references. Offerors must price drydock work in accordance with the attachments.
