Amendment 2 Architect-Engineering Services (AES) Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Questions and Answers

Note: The questions that are listed in this document were reproduced exactly as they were submitted.

Question 12: The amended solicitation states that items such as the final LEED construction application review received from the USGBC must have 1” margins and Arial 12 point font. The LEED documents received from the USGBC are in pdf format and thus cannot be edited. Is it acceptable to submit these documents as received from the USGBC?

Response 12: Yes, the format from USGBC is acceptable.

Question 13: Should the LEED construction application review document and LEED scorecards be included in Section F or in Section H, or should they be a separate attachment?

Response 13: In accordance with RFQ section C.2.1.1a.vi pages 5 & 6, both documents shall be in Section F along with the other LEED project information being submitted.

Question 14: Should the BIM execution plan and model progression matrix be included in Section H, or as a separate attachment?

Response 14: No, these documents shall be in Section F along with the other BIM project information being submitted.

Question 15: Is it required that tables, captions and graphics in Section H must have a font no less than 12 point type? This could be restrictive with the 20-page limit for Section H

Response 15: Tables, captions, and graphics are not necessary but if utilized 12 point type is required for Section H.
