The Design Performance Period Schedule below sets forth the maximum number of calendar days the Contractor has to complete a design from issuance of a task order to completion of design. In its task plan the Contractor may request, on an individual project basis and with sufficient justification, an extension to the Design
Performance Period. The Government retains the unilateral right to approve or disapprove such an extension request.

Statement of Work 2.0
General Requirements
The Contractor is strongly encouraged to use non-gasoline/diesel
(incl. non-E-85) alternate fuel vehicles on GSFC, to the maximum extent practical, to carry out the on-site contract requirements. Electrical power through standard convenience outlets will be available for this requirement. No other form of alternate fuel is currently available on-site. With this in mind, the
Contractor shall propose a plan that would increase/convert their total fleet of vehicles to alternative fuels by the below percentages over the life of the contract:
Contract Year 1: Convert 2% of the total fleet
Contract Year 2: Convert an additional 4% of the total fleet
Contract Year 3: Convert an additional 4% of the total fleet
Contract Year 4: Convert an additional 5% of the total fleet
Contract Year 5: Convert an additional 5% of the total fleet
Total Vehicle percentage conversion to non-gasoline/E-85 alternative fuel vehicles by the end of the contract: 20%

Contract Year 4: Convert an additional 5% of the total fleet

No vehicles will be provided by the government for use in the performance of this contract.
