Statement of Work for MEOV

1.0 Introduction

It is the intent of FEMA to purchase 3 TEMPEST certified, HEMP (High-Altitude Electro-Magnetic Pulse) protected Mobile Emergency Office Vehicles (MEOV) on the platform described within this statement of work. The trucks will be part of a rapid deployment system that quickly responds to disasters, emergencies, or special events. This will provide initial support to disaster victims or supporting disaster management teams. These vehicles will be deployed to less than favorable, and austere conditions and must be self-sustaining to support the assigned mission. The vehicles must be delivered by the vendor to the lower 48 states (CONUS).
