About this file
This is an evaluation criteria document from the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources (NeDNR) for Solicitation CTP2401, regarding 2D Base Level Engineering services for the Cheyenne, White, and Niobrara (Phase 1) HUC 6 Watersheds. The document outlines the mandatory requirements for proposal submissions, which include a signed Contractual Agreement Form, Corporate Overview, Technical Approach, Project Schedule, and Cost Sheet. Proposals are due December 6, 2024, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
The evaluation scoring is based on a 100-point scale distributed across four categories: Corporate Overview (15 points), Technical Approach (50 points), Project Schedule (25 points), and Cost Sheet (10 points). The Cost Sheet points are calculated using a formula where the lowest cost submission receives maximum points, and other submissions are scored proportionally using the formula: (Lowest Cost Submitted / Cost Submitted) x Maximum Possible Cost Points = Cost Points to Award.
