About this file
This document is an Authorized Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the NAVFAC Hawaii solicitation N62478-25-R-4060 concerning the Red Hill Water Treatment Facility project at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The NDA covers restricted use information, specifically NAVFAC specifications and drawings for FY25 MCON P-716, and requires recipients to limit disclosure of these documents to authorized personnel with a demonstrated need to know. Recipients must handle the information as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), protect it from unauthorized disclosure, and use it solely for proposal preparation purposes unless awarded a contract.
