QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Vendor Question 1: When is the award expected to occur?

Government Responses to Vendor Question 1: The anticipated award date is on or about April 14, 2023.

Vendor Question 2: Some of the drawings reference model files, is the model/dxf/stp available for this effort?

Government Response to Vendor Question 2: The .STEP files associated with these drawings do not contain any information not already included in the PDFs. However, if requested, they can be provided.

Vendor Question 3: I noticed the finishing requirements are stick mill finish, I wanted to ensure that was the intent. Is there any benefit to clear anodization or something of that nature as a value modifier within our proposal?

Government Response to Vendor Question 3: Yes, "Stock mill finish" is our intent / requirement.

Vendor Question 4: What is the EAU for this project, or are you only looking for one set?

Government Response to Vendor Question 4: This is a onetime purchase/project. The SOW details the quantity requested.

Vendor Question 5: Do we need to be prequalified in any way?

Government Response to Vendor Question 5: The contractor who submits a quote shall be registered in SAM.GOV as a small business with no exclusions.

Vendor Question 6: Do we need to be audited before accepting a PO?

Government Response to Vendor Question 6: No, an audit is not needed to accept a PO.

Vendor Question 7: Is there a select group of local suppliers that you are soliciting for this bid or can any company bid?

Government Response to Vendor Question 7: This solicitation is not a local supplier set-aside. Any small business can submit a quote.
