Vendor Q&A’s
1. Although BATS could respond with a solution that includes the coupler and services, would you be interested in a response that is targeted to a steerable antenna system only?
· We are interested in the SAS system and the associated services. We need both. Coupler is not part of our PR.
2. Is there any information that you can provide on "Teardown and Evaluations, Repair Services and Engineering and Technical Services in accordance with the NAWCWD Statement of Work”?
· Teardown and evaluations determines the level/cost of work to be performed to repair the SAS. Repair services allows SAS to be repaired. Technical Services allow modifications to be completed against a current CLIN item to meet new requirements.
3. It is unclear to me if pricing is required in addition to the capabilities statement?
· Contracts to answer.
4. Are the antennas part of the SAS offering or should I consider those as customer furnished equipment (CFE)?
· The SAS is what we need the contractor to manufacture. They are not customer furnished.
5. Can you provide more information on the AST-9 Coupler?
· The AST-9 Coupler is not part of the PR.
6. The solicitation mentioned a specification sheet, nothing was attached on the FBO listing, can you provide this?
· Specifications will be provided with RFP.
