About this file
This document contains a pre-solicitation notice and market research announcement for the procurement of various steerable antenna systems, antenna couplers, teardown and evaluation services, repair services, and engineering and technical services by the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division located at China Lake, California. Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement by January 19, 2018 describing their ability to provide the required equipment and services. The notice seeks to determine potential sources for a future request for quotation that may result in the award of a fixed-price contract for equipment and a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering services. The contract would have a five-year period of performance and involve the delivery of up to 325 units of various steerable antenna systems and antenna couplers to Naval Air Station Point Mugu, California at a rate of at least three units per month beginning no more than 300 days after task order issuance.
