About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to a Navy solicitation for AUTEC Household Goods Services (N6883626QS036), issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville on June 2, 2026, with an effective date of June 2, 2026. The amendment modifies three key solicitation parameters: the procurement is changed from a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to an Unrestricted competition, the size standard dollar threshold remains at $34,000,000.00, and the response due date is extended from May 27, 2026 to June 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT. The amendment deletes two FAR clauses previously incorporated—52.219-6 (Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside) and 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting)—both with a February 2026 deviation date.
Quoters must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the extended submission deadline through one of three methods: completing the amendment form items 8 and 15 and returning copies, acknowledging receipt on each offer copy, or submitting a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. The contracting officer for administration is Lindita Sirri. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email to Kimberley Sanders and Lindita Sirri no later than 5:00 PM EDT on Friday, June 5, 2026. All quotes must be submitted in PDF format organized into four volumes: Technical Capability (10-page limit), Past Performance (no page limit, maximum 3 questionnaires plus 2 per subcontractor), Price (no page limit), and Contractor Responsibility (no page limit). Quoters agree to hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the receipt date, and all required documentation must be submitted to avoid non-responsive designation.
