2Secton F Delivery InformationRFP page 37 of 63 Section F, Delivery Information states 24 months. The SAM listing front page states anticipated PoP is 12 months. Can you please confirm actual delivery is 24 months?SAM.Gov has been updated to reflect the correct delivery date.
3Section L para 3Section L para 3.0 says to submit proposal via email Para 4 says submit via PIEE. Can you please clarify that email is only acceptable if PIEE is down IAW Section L para 4.2?Correct, all submissions must be done via PIEE. Section L will be updated.
1SOW para 4.9“Self-contained Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)” – Does this mean that the HPU shall be integrated into the main test stand enclosure, or that the HPU can be located remotely from the test stand, but enclosed?HPU shall be integrated into the main test stand enclosure.
2SOW para 4.9“Both analog and digital capability to regulate pressure.” – Do “analog” and “digital” refer to instrumentation to monitor pressure, or to the devices used to regulate (adjust) pressure, or both?Both. This statement refers to the instrumentation both to monitor and to regulate pressue.
3SOW para 4.9“Limit indicator for extension of each UUT” – Can you please clarify expectations for this requirement?Each UUT has a different stroke. We are requesting a limit indicator at each cylinder's full extension to prevent overextending it. It will serve as a visual aid for operators to ensure cylinder does not extend past the visual indicator. If cylinder passes the visual indicator it could potentialy be pulled out of its casing.
4SOW para 7.2Sustainment Repairs, are these services to be provided on an as-needed basis and quoted separately as the need arises?Correct. These services will be quoted seperately and be provided on a FFP CLIN if required durring the service of the contract with PCO authorization.
5SOW 4.9 Table 1is FRCSW using their existing Test Stand to test all of the components listed in Table 1?Yes, current test stand is testing all components listed in Section 4.9, Table 1 in the SOW.
