About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that specifies data deliverables required for a contract to provide a Hydraulic Actuator Test Stand (HATS). The CDRL lists 13 data items the contractor must provide, including computer software, technical data package, key events schedule, design review information, calibration system description, acceptance test plan, training materials, weight handling procedures, government property inventory, test/inspection reports, maintenance support plan, field service reports, and warranty performance reports. The CDRL provides details on the format, frequency, and distribution of each data item. Related to this CDRL is a federal contract opportunity to procure the HATS, which is a competitive solicitation with a proposal due date of 9 September 2024. The contract is anticipated to be a single award firm-fixed price contract with an initial 12-month period of performance and four option years.
