The amendment responds to vendor questions regarding the scope and specifications of required items. All offerors must obtain access to the controlled unclassified information (CUI) technical drawing package through submission of a current certified DD Form 2345 and must possess a valid Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) certification to be eligible for award. The Government will verify CMMC status in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to releasing CUI materials. Non-successful offerors are required to destroy all export-controlled data and provide signed proof of destruction to the Contracting Officer Kyle Welge at kyle.a.welge.civ@us.navy.mil. The Product Service Code is 4920. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to proposal submission using one of three specified methods to avoid rejection.
