About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial audio equipment and maintenance services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy, issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella. The amendment, effective 18 September 2026, makes two significant changes: (1) the required currency for quote submission is changed from US Dollars to EURO, and (2) the response due date is extended from 21 September 2026 to 22 September 2026 at 12:00 PM Italy Time. All previously submitted quotes are deemed non-compliant and must be resubmitted with pricing in EURO.

The solicitation requires quoters to design and install a chapel audio system integrating contractor-furnished materials (CFM) with existing government-furnished property, specifically a MIDAS M32 mixing console and MIDAS DL16 stage boxes. The CFM includes a 10-channel dedicated mixing console for the left side, a 12-channel wireless UHF microphone system (10 handhelds, 1 lavalier, 1 gooseneck), wireless receivers, charging stations, CAT6 and balanced AES/EBU cabling (minimum 50 meters each), and installation materials. Quotes must include three volumes: Volume I (Technical Capability, maximum 15 pages) demonstrating system integration, audio routing methodology, digital cabling installation, a 30-day completion schedule, equipment compliance matrices with manufacturer specifications, and preventative/emergency maintenance plans for the base year plus option years; Volume II (Price) with firm-fixed-price CLINs in EURO only (excluding Italian VAT), quoted for 60 days validity using SF-1449; and Volume III (Provisions and Certifications) including DFARS 252.204-7017 and Italian Anti-Mafia compliance documentation. Attendance at the mandatory site visit on 9 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at NSA Naples is required; non-attendance results in non-responsive quotes. Quoters must pre-register by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 AM with company information, attendee identification, and a legible copy of valid national ID or passport. Quotes are submitted electronically to two government points of contact and must not exceed 10 MB per email. The contract involves a base year with three scheduled preventative maintenance visits and option years with four quarterly visits, with emergency response capability required within one business day of notification.
