1. Question/Comments: The SOW states that this needs to be a suspended lateral file, but the product number provided does not correspond to a suspended storage unit.
Answer: “Not Used replaced with Standard Two Drawers variable width files”
2. Question: The SOW states that this lateral file must have laminate fronts, but the product number provided does not correspond to laminate fronts. Please advise.
Answer: The SOW on the laminate fronts for the lateral files are not applicable now because the lateral files are not available for purchase any longer.
3. Question: The SOW stated the Pedestal Cabinets as 24” deep, but the part numbers provided were 20” deep. Which depth should we follow?
Answer: The Pedestal cabinets should be the 20” deep per the part numbers.
4. Question: For the Headway Tables, what was spec’d was grommet cutouts, but no power units were specified. Are power units required?
Answer: No, the power units are not required for this purchase. There are some already in storage.
5. Question: For the Nevi tables in Bldg. 1302, the bases are not available in Inner Tone Light.
What base finish should be quoted?
Answer: The Nevi legs for B-1302 only, should have the metallic silver finish and T-foot to match existing within the building on the first floor.
Also Note*** ** As a change to the original. The Nevi Legs for the B-1302 project should be the Nevi legs with the extended range T-Legs and not the standard range C-legs.
Those should have the silver metallic finish.
There are no Nevi legs in the B-1171 order and the B-1320/1176 order has them listed as requested by code 15.

1. Question/Comments: Section 4.6.3 Receptacles-Receptacles are specified separately and are sold in packs of 6. The RFP currently includes them in their parts list as Circuit A and B.
In this section it’s noted that they should be Circuit A and D and if you need 3 outlets per station based on your current parts list you will be short.
Answer: No other outlets needed
2. Question/Comments: For the First Floor 1171, there are 40 stations, based on the specs provided you have 48 of Circuit A and 36 of Circuit B. To achieve the designed number of outlets per station, you would need to order 6 more 6 packs of outlets. Unless you have more receptacles on-site for us to use.
3.
4. Question/Comments: For the Second Floor B-1302, there are 49 stations, based on the specs provided you have 54 of Circuit A and 54 of Circuit B. To achieve the designed number of outlets per station, you will need to order 7 more packs of 6 outlets. Unless per the above you have extra receptacles on-site for us to use.
5. Question/Comments: 1ST FLOOR 1171, RFP asked for quantity of (50) 67x42 panels, we are counting 49 in the drawing.
Answer: 50 panels is correct.
6. Question/Comments: 2ND FLOOR B-1302, -RFP asked for (30) 24x36 surfaces, we see 29 in the drawing.
Answer. We show 29 in the cubes and there is one outside the cubes for the printer area for a total of 30. They are not seeing that.
-RFP asked for (31) 67H 2-way connectors, we see 34 in the drawing, we believe you’ll need 3 more.
Answer. For the 2-way connectors, they are again missing where we have power poles installed so the 2-way becomes a three way.
-RFP asks for (47) 67H 3-way, we see 53 in the drawing, we believe you’ll need 6 more.
Answer: For the 3-way connectors they are indicating we need more because they are not seeing that we need the 4-ways in place of the three ways where the power poles are going and where we put a power pole on the corners that turns those connectors into three ways.
Our count of 47 is correct.
- RFP asks for (36) 67H 4-way connectors, we see 16 in the drawing.
Answer: They only see 16, that is because they are also needed at the ends where we show a power pole and you need to convert the three way which would be used if you did not have a power pole installed into a four way when you install a power pole which is also shown on the drawing.
- RFP asks for (111) draw rods – we see 119, we think you’ll need 8 more to complete the installation.
Answer: No more draw rods needed
- RFP asks for 67H hard spacers, but we aren’t sure where they are being used. We have kept in the proposal.
Answer: we marked the spacers in the drawing as “SP” and they are definitely shown in the drawing.
7. Question/Comments 1st Floor East, 4th Floor East & 4th Floor West – Bldg 1320
