1. Is Builders Risk required?

Answer: Minimum insurance requirements are identified in solicitation section C under C-228-H002, as well as Section I FAR clauses 52.228-5 and 52.228-7. Per the solicitation, bid, payment, and performance bonds are required.

2. Are ADA, building and fire department permits required? If yes, city or state?

Answer: ADA, building, and fire department permits are not required for work performed on Federal property. There are task permits required such as hot work permits and utility outage request forms the Contractor will be responsible for executing. The project work must meet ADA standards and compliance.

3. Any liquidated damages?

Answer: Liquidated damages clauses are not included in this solicitation.
