About this file

This is an Organizational Experience Matrix template required as part of the proposal submission for solicitation N66001-26-R-0002, the Cyberspace Science, Research, Engineering and Technology Integration Small Business Multiple Award Contract (MAC) issued by the Department of the Navy's Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific).

The matrix requires offerors to document organizational experience on Government contracts performed since January 1, 2021, by citing a maximum of three (3) references demonstrating breadth, depth, and relevance in the specified Key Areas. Key Areas referenced in the template correspond to Statement of Work sections 2.5.1 (KA 1), 2.7 (KA 2), and 2.11.4 (KA 3). For each reference, offerors must provide the control number (contract number), the name of the prime or subcontractor that performed the work, and mark applicable Key Area columns with an "X" to indicate relevant experience. Work is considered "performed" by the Prime Offeror if they acted as the prime contractor, a subcontractor performing the work, or as a prime contractor overseeing a subcontractor. The template allows for adjustment of column width and row depth as necessary within existing margins.

In accordance with RFP L-215-PAC001, Submission of Proposals, paragraph 3.1(a), prepare and submit the following matrix to indicate the breadth, depth and relevance of organizational experience on Government contracts since 01 January 2021 for the specified Key Areas. Cite maximum of three (3) references for work performed by the Prime Offeror. The 'Prime Offeror' is the legal entity submitting this proposal. Work is deemed 'performed' by the Prime Offeror if they acted as the prime contractor or a subcontractor performing the work, or if they were the prime contractor overseeing a subcontractor that performed the work.

For each reference, the offeror shall indicate experience in one or more Key Areas (KAs) by selecting the applicable KA column(s) for that reference. A selected box will be marked with an “X.” The column width and row depth may be adjusted, as necessary, within existing margins.
