About this file
This is an Organizational Experience Matrix template required as Attachment 3 to proposal submissions for solicitation N66001-26-R-0002. Offerors must complete this matrix to demonstrate organizational experience on Government contracts performed since January 1, 2021, across three specified Key Areas: KA 1 (SOW 2.5.1), KA 2 (SOW 2.7), and KA 3 (SOW 2.11.4). The Prime Offeror—defined as the legal entity submitting the proposal—may cite a maximum of three contract references, whether performed as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or prime contractor overseeing subcontractor work. For each reference, offerors mark applicable Key Areas with an "X" to indicate relevant experience breadth, depth, and relevance.
The matrix requires submission of contract control numbers, names of primes or subcontractors that performed the work, and corresponding Key Area designations. Column width and row depth may be adjusted as necessary within existing margins. This attachment is a standard evaluation tool for assessing organizational capability and experience on the Cyberspace Science, Research, Engineering and Technology Integration Small Business Multiple Award Contract being solicited by Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific).

Attachment 3 Organizational Experience Matrix
In accordance with RFP L-215-PAC001, Submission of Proposals, paragraph 3.1(a), prepare and submit the following matrix to indicate the breadth, depth and relevance of organizational experience on Government contracts since 01 January 2021 for the specified Key Areas. Cite maximum of three (3) references for work performed by the Prime Offeror. The 'Prime Offeror' is the legal entity submitting this proposal. Work is deemed 'performed' by the Prime Offeror if they acted as the prime contractor or a subcontractor performing the work, or if they were the prime contractor overseeing a subcontractor that performed the work.
For each reference, the offeror shall indicate experience in one or more Key Areas (KAs) by selecting the applicable KA column(s) for that reference. A selected box will be marked with an “X.” The column width and row depth may be adjusted, as necessary, within existing margins.
