About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) amendment for Solicitation N6471026Q0009 concerning a WOC A/V System Upgrade project at SWFPAC. The Q&A addresses three inquiries from prospective bidders regarding site visit opportunities and contractor access requirements for the complex audio-visual system installation.

The Government's responses confirm that a mandatory site visit will be held on August 11, 2026, with all details provided in a separate "Site Visit Information" attachment. This response addresses the primary concerns raised across all three questions, including the need for bidders to physically verify existing conditions such as rack capacity, cabling, wall space, power availability, cooling systems, cable pathways, and integration conditions for both classified and unclassified AV systems. The Q&A does not contain specific information regarding attendance procedures, clearance or access requirements, visitor and vehicle-pass procedures, restrictions on devices or documentation, or supplemental field information such as room dimensions, rack elevations, cable-path data, equipment details, or authorized photographs. These details are referenced as being available in the accompanying "Site Visit Information" attachment, which is not included in this document.

1. Good evening, my name is and I am interested in submiƫng a bid for the WOC A/V System Upgrade. I did not see any informaƟon regarding a pre-bid site visit.

It is recommended for a system of this size and complexity to host a pre bid site visit so that any interested parƟes can gather all of the necessary informaƟon and be able to comfortably submit a fair bid.

Could you let me know if there will be one?

Answer: There will be a site visit on August 11, 2026. Please see the “Site Visit InformaƟon” aƩachment for further details.

2. We are site survey for the WOC Upgrade AV system work at SWFPAC. The project documents state that the SWFPAC Project Manager is to be contacted to coordinate access for job walks, site visits, and scheduling of the work.

Could you please confirm whether a site survey/job walk can be coordinated for ideally early next week if available, and advise:

* the appropriate SWFPAC Project Manager or site-access POC,

* any required aƩendee informaƟon or forms,

* any ciƟzenship/clearance/access requirements for aƩendees, and

* whether there are any restricƟons on what the vendor may bring onsite for survey purposes.

Answer: There will be a site visit on August 11, 2026. Please see the “Site Visit InformaƟon” aƩachment for further details.

3. Given the requirement for the contractor to physically verify exisƟng rack capacity, cabling, wall space, power, cooling, pathways, and integraƟon condiƟons for the classified and unclassified AV systems, will the Government conduct a pre-award site visit or job walk?

If so, please provide the anƟcipated date, aƩendance process, clearance/access requirements, visitor and vehicle-pass procedures, and any restricƟons on devices or documentaƟon.

If a pre-award visit will not be available, please advise whether the Government can provide addiƟonal field informaƟon, including current room dimensions, rack elevaƟons, power availability, cable-path informaƟon, exisƟng-equipment details, and authorized site photographs or annotated drawings.
