About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by SUPSHIP Groton (Naval Submarine Base, Groton, Connecticut) on May 14, 2026, for Solicitation N6278926Q0019.
The amendment modifies the Statement of Work for rental of one portable restroom trailer to be delivered to Naval Submarine Base, New London in Groton, Connecticut. Additional technical requirements specify the trailer must be commercial/industrial heavy-duty construction, self-contained, electrically powered (110v AC), equipped with a minimum of four unisex stalls and two hand wash sinks, capable of supporting 100 people 24 hours daily, and include waste holding tanks. The contractor is responsible for delivery, positioning, electrical connection, maintenance, repairs, on-site demonstration, emergency service support (within 24 hours of notification), removal at contract completion, and provision of owner's manuals. The amendment extends the offer due date and time from May 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM to May 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the revised deadline. The contract specifies contractor personnel must obtain DBIDS credentials for base access, which requires background checks and presentation of valid identification documentation.
