Notice No. 2 5 November 2013

PRE-PROPOSAL QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

RFP NO. N62742-14-R-1310

FY14 MCON P-852, 3D RADIO BATTALION

MAINTENANCE / OPERATIONS COMPLEX

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII, KANEOHE BAY, HAWAII

NOTE: The following questions and answers are provided for INFORMATION ONLY. The RFP remains unchanged unless it is amended in writing on a Standard Form 30.

2. QUESTION: Page 5 of Document 00202, states we are to provide a completed DD Form 2626, Performance Evaluation (Construction) if it is available. If not, we are required to submit Past Performance Questionnaires (Attachment B) for each project included in Factor 2, Experience, for the Offeror and Lead Design Firm. It can be cumbersome for our clients to continually complete performance questionnaires for each proposal. Would it be acceptable to submit previously completed PPQs with our proposal?

ANSWER: Document 00202, Attachment B states “the offeror will submit the completed questionnaire to NAVFAC with their proposal, and may duplicate this questionnaire for future submission on NAVFAC solicitations.” Therefore, the previously completed PPQ may be submitted for this solicitation if it was on the same form for a different solicitation.

3. QUESTION: Reference to pg. 22,23 of 55 from the specifications: Can you provide Attachment A, Construction & Design Experience Project Data Sheet in a word document?

Given that this attachment is mandatory it would be easier to manipulate a word documents rather than a PDF.

ANSWER: The word document is posted with RFP documents at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov).

File details come from the government source that posted it. Updated .
