Ques.

No. Question Response Mod

No.

4 The solicitation requests the DUNS number, but it understood that the DUNS number is no longer being used and to supplement with the Unique Entity ID Number. Furthermore, the most up to date SF330 form asks for Unique Entity Identifier in Box 4 of SF330 Part II General Qualifications (please see the attached). I was wondering if you can please clarify if we should use the DUNS number or the recently assigned Unique Entity

ID?

(Criteria Nos. 1, 3 & 8 and SF330 Submission Requirements pages 14 & 15 of 16) Please use your UEID number instead of your DUNS number on the SF330.

The unique entity identifier used across the federal government has recently changed from a DUNS Number to a Unique Entity ID. The synopsis has been revised to delete “DUNS” and has been replaced with “Unique Entity ID (UEID)”.

See SAM.gov for more information about UEID.

NOTE: The Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ), Attachment (3), has not been revised for the UEID number, as PPQs may have already been completed by the client. You do not need to have the client redo the PPQ if the PPQ contains your DUNS number.

The synopsis has been revised. See Synopsis Modification No. 3 dated 23 May 2022.
