1 What is the largest file size you are able to accept? (SF330 Submission Requirements, page 14 of 16) The SF330 must be in Adobe PDF format, and the file size must not exceed 8GB.
2 I am a small business under NAICS 541330, but not a small business under NAICS 541310. Is my firm eligible for this IDIQ?
(General) “Small Business” means a concern, including its affiliates, that is independently owned and operated, not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, and qualified as a small business under the criteria in 13 CFR part 121 and size standards in this solicitation.
To be eligible, a firm must be identified as a Small Business under the NAICS Code for this procurement: 541310, Architectural Services. Firms can certify their size status for their NAICS codes in SAM.gov.
Businesses registered in SAM.gov must update their registration in order to have their small business status updated based on the new size standards effective May 2, 2022. Until the SAM registration is updated, the SAM profile will continue to display the small business status under the old size standards (NAICS 2017).
The SBA’s guidance is to not use NAICS 2022 codes for solicitations until SBA updates its small business size standards to NAICS 2022 (October 1, 2022), and until SBA updates its size standards, the NAICS 2017 codes should be used.
3 I saw that the closing date was extended. Can I submit my SF330 early?
(SF330 Submission Requirements, page 15 of 16) Firms may submit an SF330 at any time by the closing date/time.
Please note that the announcement states: “All potential Firms/Offerors are advised to check the SAM website, https://sam.gov/ for any additional modifications pertaining to this notice. Failure to check this website may affect your SF330 submission.”
