SOURCE SELECTION INFORMATION - SEE FAR 2.101 and 3.104
Instructions to Offeror: Answer the checklist questions indicating your understanding of the Facilities requirements and your ability to provide them. Some resources may not be available prior to award, but will become available after award. If so, state what those items are and when those items will become available. Ensure your answers support your Technical plan.

NIFE Attachment L-3, Facilities
Home AirFieldList the names of all Home Airfields that your firm plans to use to meet the NIFE student throughput requirements of the PWS. All Home Airfields listed shall be available for use for the 5 year period of performance.
Airfield Lease Duration RemainingList the ownership rights (fee simple ownership; lease; contingency lease; etc.). State the number of years that your firm has agreements to use each Home Airfield required to meet the NIFE student throughput requirements of the PWS.
Distance from USNA or NSCA (40 statute mile driving distance)List the distances (that meet the PWS requirement) from NASC or USNA for all of your firm's Home Airfields in the Penscola area or in the Gulf Shores area.
Class III Medical StatusDo you plan to ensure that all of your CFIs have a current Class III Medical prior to the end of Mobilization? [Yes or No]
NACLC ClearanceDo all of your firm's proposed CFIs have NACLC clearances or can they provide requests for clearances by the end of Mobilization? [Yes or No]
Hours of Instructor ExperienceDo the log books of all of your proposed CFIs reflect 100 hours of instructor experience or will they by the end of Moblization? [Yes or No]
Home Airfield Facilities AreaDo your planned Home Airfield facilities provide space to support a maximum of 60 students as required in the PWS based on or will they by the end of Mobilization? [Yes or No]
Flight Activity AreaDo the Home Airfields in your plan and associated training areas provide enough space to support student throughput as required in the PWS and in the NIFE training syllabus. [Yes or No]
Maintenance AreaDo the maintenance areas in your plan provide enough space to support student throughput as required in the PWS? [Yes or No]
Potable WaterDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields have enough potable that students can use as required in the PWS? [Yes or No]
# Restroom FacilitiesDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields have restrooms that support up to 60 personnel at one time as required in the PWS? [Yes or No]

Internet ConnectivityDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields have Internet Connectivity for students and instructors to use daily as required in the PWS or can the firm meet the requirement by the end of Moblization? [Yes or No]
Airfield SecurityDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields meet Security requirements in paragraph 7 or can the firm meet them by the end of Moblization? [Yes or No]
Network SecurityDoes your plan provide the network security as required in the PWS or can the firm meet the requirement by the end of Moblization? [Yes or No]
Practice Airfields for Touch and Go RunwaysWhat are the names of the 2 airfields within 35 NM that you will use for touch and go landings during training?
Working Areas (location & parameters)List the 2 working areas that the PWS requires for each of the firm's planned Home Airfields.
Runway WidthDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields all provide a runway that is at least 50 feet wide? [Yes or No]
Runway LengthDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields all provide a runway that is at least 3,000 feet long? [Yes or No]
Runway Surface TypeDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields or other airfields used all provide a hard surface runway? [Yes or No]
Airfield Operating ProceduresDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields have Airfield Operating Procedures? If not, can your firm provide them by the end of Moblization? [Yes or No]
Airfield Radio Communication EquipmentDoes each of your firm's planned Home Airfields have Airfield Radio Communications Equipment that can communicate with airbone aircraft on assigned FCC frequencies or can the firm meet the requirement by the end of Moblization? [Yes or No]
