Answer 32: A cost narrative is not required but an offeror ‘may’ submit one to clarify pricing information.

Question 33: In regards to the answer for question 10 in amendment 0002-The response here indicates to provide a percentage goal for the small business plan and then answers to the following three questions for the SBP ask for dollarized amounts. Please be specific as to what is exactly required to be provided in the SB Plan for both labor and ODCs at the RFP contract level (not demand order level). Question 38: Some of the raw aluminum to fabricate the cradle assemblies are not readily available due to the special dimensions and may take up to 65 weeks to procure through a special mill run at the foundry. Can Offerors propose an alternate delivery schedule?

Answer 38: Yes, offerors may propose an alternate delivery schedule for Attachment J.1. Please see amendment 0002 where the delivery schedule has been previously extended.
