52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999)

(a) The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

(i) Price Evaluation for Award: For offers which meet all evaluation factors, award will be made to the low offeror based on evaluated price. The total evaluated price for each offeror will be based on the total offered price for CLINs 0001 through 0104 (Base year and four (4) options) in accordance with FAR 52.217-7.
