About this file

This document is Amendment 0001 to Request for Quotations (RFQ) N5523626Q0102 issued by the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, a U.S. Navy facility in San Diego, California. The amendment extends the quotation submission deadline from August 28, 2026 to September 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM (PST) and incorporates substantive revisions to the solicitation for Fusion Support Services. The RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns and will be awarded on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest price technically acceptable quotation. Quotations must be submitted electronically to Valerie Manguiob (Valerie.p.manguiob.civ@us.navy.mil) and Suzanne Shin (suzanne.j.shin.civ@us.navy.mil), with all questions due by August 12, 2026.

The amendment adds or modifies four key sections: Section J now includes Attachment 01 (Questions & Answers) and Exhibit A (Contract Data Requirement List); Section I updates the Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements, establishing that Phase II CMMC requirements are suspended under recent Department of War policy, with DFARS clauses 252.204-7021 and 252.204-7025 modified to remain blank or "reserved"; and Section L revises quotation organization to require four distinct volumes covering technical approach, firm-fixed pricing, past performance within three years, and business/administrative information including SDVOSB certification and SAM registration. All quotations must remain valid for 120 calendar days from the due date, and offerors are responsible for completing all required representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM).
