NOTE A

1. The Contractor’s fully burdened daily labor rates will be used for negotiating Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders under this IDIQ Contract.

2. The fully burdened daily labor rates are fixed rates that include all wages (e.g. straight time, overtime, offshore, weekends, shift differential, holiday time, standby time, etc.), overhead, general and administrative expenses, Facilities Capital Cost of Money (FCCOM) and profit. The contractor will be responsible for providing enough history or other rate information to allow the Contracting Officer to find proposed labor rates to be fair and reasonable.

5. The contractor shall propose the material needed to execute the requirements delineated in the Statement of Work (SOW).
