About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire for contractors bidding on the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center Facilities Support Services contract. The Navy seeks facility support services at multiple buildings in Norfolk, Virginia, including building maintenance, grounds upkeep, and maintenance of security, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The contract is set aside 100% for 8(a) small businesses and has a one-year base period plus four one-year options, for a total potential period of performance of five years. The past performance questionnaire collects information on the contractor's relevant past projects, including references from government customers, to evaluate technical performance, cost control, schedule adherence and other factors. Contractors must provide the completed questionnaire to the Navy with their proposals by the specified due date.
