Request for Quote N4523A25Q5801 Questions and Answers

Question 1: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?

Answer 1: This a new requirement, but a follow-on contract. The current contract number is N4523A22D5703

Question 2: We’re having a hard time locating an equipment list – can you please elaborate on this? We noticed 3 separate sites listed – it would be great if you could provide an equipment list for each site.

Answer 2: I have attached a list of historical NRTL inspections completed at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (Bremerton, WA), Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (Everett, WA), and Trident Refit Facility

Bangor (Silverdale, WA). Future inspections cannot be projected. Task orders will be issued throughout the contract period as equipment is procured or as requirements arise.
