About this file
This document is an Attachment containing Base Authorization and Visit Request (BAVR) Instructions for contractors seeking security badge access to NBK Bangor for a ship check related to a MK VI 78FT Patrol Boat Reactivation project. The instructions detail a step-by-step process for obtaining installation access, including using an online system (https://www.bavr.cnic.navy.mil/) to submit required information. Key requirements include populating mandatory fields, specifying the purpose of visit as "Ship Check for MK VI 78FT PB", listing John Annonen (john.annonen@swfpac.navy.mil) as the SWFPAC Point of Contact, and requesting access to Keyport Bangor Docks.
Contractors must complete the online form, submit it, and then email John Annonen to confirm submission for solicitation N4523A25Q1103. The document emphasizes that proof of U.S. citizenship (current U.S. Passport or certified birth certificate) is mandatory for access. The Bangor Main Gate Pass & ID is open Monday through Friday from 0700-1430, with recommendations to arrive early (by 0530) or use an alternate option at Naval Base Keyport Main Gate Pass & ID to minimize wait times.
