Total Price - The total price is the sum of the prices for the Contract Line Item Numbers of the solicitation. As part of the price evaluation, the Government will evaluate the Option to Extend Services under FAR Clause 52.217-8 by adding one-half of the quoter's final option period price to the quoter's total price. Thus, the quoter's total price for the purpose of evaluation will include the base period, first option, second option, third option, fourth option, and one-half of the fourth option. Quoters are required only to price the base and four options. Quoters shall not submit a price for the potential one-half year extension of services period.

Reasonableness - A price is reasonable if, in its nature or amount, it does not exceed what an ordinarily prudent person in the conduct of competitive business would incur.
